Retail and corporate theft is a widespread issue and often compete for from law enforcement with other crimes.  It is for this reason that Securus Research offers Retail / Corporate Investigation Services.

LOCATE INVESTIGATIONS

 

Locate - To find something or someone - When it comes to locating people, even the best online data has little meaning until the information is verified. Keep in mind that some people are in hiding for a reason, are actively being hidden or do not want to be found.

 

Obtaining verified location information on a person not actively in hiding can take as little as a couple of hours – often much less if an in-person verification is not needed.  A Private Investigator can be hired to locate that person or assets in question.

Also known as Process Serving, means the delivery of a legal notice to a party (usually the defendant) requiring them to respond to a proceeding scheduled to be held before a court, government body, or tribunal.

 

Notice is usually provided by presenting the party in question with court documents such as Summonses, Statements of Claim, Divorce documents, Plaintiff’s Claims, Writs, Subpoenas, and other documents.

 

Some documents must be served personally, while others may be served upon a person of legal age at the intended party’s residence or place of employment. A Private Investigator can be hired to serve legal documents on other parties to the matter.

 

ACCIDENT / LIABILITY INVESTIGATIONS

 

An accident is any unplanned event that causes injury.  A dangerous occurrence is any event that could have caused injury but did not.  Liability is the fact that someone is legally responsible for something. A Private Investigator can be hired to gather that important evidence. 

 

GRAFFITI INVESTIGATIONS

 

Graffiti Vandalism is any inscription, slogan, drawing, etc., scratched scribbled or drawn, often in spray paint, on public or private property without permission. The most common graffiti is a blend of “hip hop graffiti”, which is when a vandal or tagger paints their respective tag name in an effort to cause damage to gain fame within the graffiti sub-culture.

The term “School Place Violence” includes any form of violent behavior occurring on school grounds, during a school event or on the way to or from school or a school event. School Violence harms people, negatively impacts safety and disrupts the learning process.

 

Violence can occur at any school—public or private, rural or urban, K-12 or post-secondary—and encompasses many behaviors. A private investigator can be hired to gather that important evidence.
