DISCRIMINATED FOR MASK EXEMPTION

I am a 16 year Canadian Forces Army ResF Veteran.

On Monday January 31, 2022, at approx 8:50AM I went into the TIM HORTON’S at the Mission BC Junction Mall location to get a breakfast. I cannot wear a mask and advised staff and management, but they still refused to serve and kicked me out. Businesses are NOT above the law!!

And when businesses ignore provincial policies on Mask Exemptions, and make their own policies that supersede provincial policies (and illegal ones at that) that is unacceptable!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO TIM HORTON'S!!
