EMAIL TO CANADIAN COMMUNISTIC POLITICOS

The following is an email I just sent to the Liberal, Conservative and NDP party leaders as well as to my MLA, and MP, and to the BC and Federal alleged health officials, as well as to BC's Justice Minister and the Minister of Defense regarding "omicron":

To ALL politicians; to ALL alleged health officials:

Keep your VACCINES to yourself!!!! I have the legal right to say “NO” to your deadly trial jabs that you call covid vaccines!! And YOU do NOT have the right to penalize me, or anyone else who refuses to comply with your NAZI GERMANY 1942 UNLAWFULL ORDERS!!!

In Canada, it is illegal for the govt, or anyone else to make vaccines (or any other medical treatment) mandatory. The following Canadian Case Law and numerous legislation supports this:

PARMLEY v. PARMLEY & YULE (1945) SCC; HOPP v. LEPP (1980) 2 S.C.R.; R v. EWANCHUCK (1999) 1 S.C.R. (ALTHOUGH EWANCHUCK IS A CRIMINAL MATTER, THE COURTS DEFINED "INFORMED CONSENT); also BENNAN v. PARSONNET 83 N.J.L. 20 (1912); Sections 6, 7, & 15 of the CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS; UN DECLARATION OF BIOETHICS & HUMAN RIGHTS (2005); NUREMBERG CODE (1947); & HELSINKI DECLARATION (1964, Rev. 2013) ARTICLES 25, 26.

Informed consent is a legal right! Remember the pro-choice saying, “My body! My choice!” Bottom line: The patient has rights!! And any discussion on any type of medical treatment is between a patient and their doctor!

Coerced medical treatment of any kind is "Assault". And that is a criminal offence!

Under section 265 (1) ccc, a person commits an assault when (a) without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly; (b) he attempts or threatens, by an act or a gesture, to apply force to another person, if he has, or causes that other person to believe on reasonable grounds that he has, present ability to effect his purpose;

Under section 319(1) ccc, everyone who, by communicating statements in a public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace is guilty of an indictable offence punishable by up to two years' imprisonment, or of a summary conviction offence.

[I also made it clear to them that I am a CF veteran (and to think that I served under the defense minster while on TD when he was an LT back in the early 90's!!!)]
