As a one-stop shop, Securus Research (Founded May 6, 2013; Operating since January 2, 2019; licensed under BC's Ministry of Public Safety & Solicitor General [Security Programs Division] on August 12, 2020), based in BC's Fraser Valley, offers specialized services in Investigations, Security Alarm Sales & CCTV, Criminologist Consultant, and Security Training Consultant, with personal attention that is client-focused and cost-effective.

Mr. Hanlon has a wealth of specialized training and experience in Military, Security, Private Investigations, and Legal Services, as well as extensive academic studies in Law, Criminology, Psychology and Sociology with a thematic option in Law Enforcement Foundations, and is also a JIBC Approved Security Training Instructor. 

Mr. Hanlon also has extensive experience as a volunteer role player for local law enforcement simulation training in High Risk Warrant Execution, Crisis Intervention & De-escalation [CID], Multi-Integrated Emergency Response Team [MIERT], High Risk Vehicle Pull-Over [Code 5], Immediate Rapid Reaction Deployment [Active Shooter], and Junior Police Academy [JPA] Simulation Training. 

Mr. Hanlon has an interest in criminal and terrorism profiling, anti-terrorist strategies, analyzing criminal justice issues, security and crime prevention strategies, and supports the Crime Control Model of "Get Tough on Crime" and has a passion for victims' rights, and truth in justice, which is exemplified by the various positions he has held throughout the years:
